Creator: Elianora
Contributor: Nahkin for the secret door and the scripts for displays

Mod adds a small apartment (copy of Elgrim's Elixirs) into to Riften Canals. Originally created for my thief character,
if you don't mind the thief-ish atmosphere, anyone can use it. But there's a catch. The key is in a satchel on your night table in the Guild headquarters.

UPDATE 1.5: My char become a vampire during her adventures, so I added a coffin in the secret room. You can hide it with the secret panel if you don't like it

:: REQUIREMENTS ::

- Skyrim up to date
- Dawnguard.esm
- Hearthfires.esm

Location: Next to Beggar's Row
Key: In a satchel at the Thieves Guild HQ (your assigned bed)
Crafting facilities: Alchemy, enchanting, baking, cooking, all smithing, disenchanting/item reset font

Features:
- Navmeshed so followers/spouse can navigate
- Double bed gives spouse or well rested bonus
- Tons of custom named storage
- Secret room for a Nocturnal altar and thief lootz
- Two large bookshelves
- My signature wardrobe with cool new armours
- Respawnable garden outside (mainly focuses on restore and invisibilty ingredients).
- Sewer access to Ragged Flagon

General:
- None of the storage INSIDE will respawn. All storage is safe but OUTSIDE MAY RESPAWN.
- No family or follower beds, and never will be.
The house is compatible with Hearthfires Multiple Adoptions mod by TMPhoenix,
because I wanted to move my spouse in it, the children's beds or outside the room in the void
- Decor is locked in place so that I don't knock stuff over
- You need to stay away from Riften long enough for the garden to respawn.
I have a 72 hour respawn mod which makes the garden replenish pretty fast.

Compatible with mod Riften player homes (The Nook, Nernie's)
Designed with Better Riften in mind
Compatible with Dawn of Riften, minor dock clipping might happen
